BACKGROUND
Walk into any Verizon Wireless store and you'll see an army of employees carrying iPads, each loaded with a slew of apps and tools. We were tasked with redesigning the app that contains information about a customer's account, device, plan, etc.
OUR CHALLENGE
Empower the rep to quickly understand who their customer is and how they can help.
THE IDEA
Combine relevant information from throughout the app eco-system to quickly tell the right story about each customer’s visit — without distractions.
MY ROLE
I worked on this project as a Senior User Experience Designer at AKQA in 2016.
